Nuneaton and Bedworth Area Committee – 1 February

Residents of Nuneaton and Bedworth may be interested in the next Area Committee meeting, where County Councillors from the local area will be meeting to discuss:

  • The proposed amalgamation of Stockingford Infant and Junior Schools into a single “all-through” primary school
  • How the Council is looking to improve broadband access for residents across the county

The meeting takes place at 6pm on Wednesday 1st February 2012 at the EPIC Centre, Nuneaton. You can download the full agenda and papers here.

Stratford on Avon Area Committee – Tonight!

The Stratford on Avon Area Committee will meet today at 5pm at Stratford High School, Alcester Road, Stratford. On the agenda for the meeting is the diversion of a footpath at Mappleborougth Green (AL140d), an update on changes to library services in Stratford and discussion on the government’s inititive to see better broadband coverage in rural areas.

Warwick Area Committee – 10 January 2012

Warwick Area Committee has responsibility for making decisions and recommendations about County Council services in the local area. It provides a local view on big issues affecting the County, helps to monitor how well the County Council is performing locally, takes decisions on some grants to local organisations, and provides an opportunity for local people to be involved in decisions affecting them.
